How It Works

1. Contact our team

   Reach out to discuss your requirements, use case, and deployment preferences. We’ll work with you to scope the right configuration for your organisation.

2. Scoping & onboarding

   We’ll assess your environment, data requirements, security policies, and integration needs. Together we’ll agree on a deployment model: Squad Cloud or a dedicated deployment within your infrastructure.

3. Deployment

   Our team provisions and configures your Squad instance. This includes infrastructure, identity provider integration (SSO/OIDC), model configuration, and memory architecture setup.

4. Handover & training

   Once deployed, we’ll onboard your team with training sessions covering the Squad interface, query workflows, the Tune page for curation, and ongoing administration.
